The Story
Husband and Wife Brianna and John Paul lived in a Class A motorhome full-time. Being a 2002, it began needing some cosmetic upkeep.
The retractable steps of their motorhome were covered in an outdoor carpet material that was worn and slippery, causing multiple slips on the steep steps. Under the cover was a thin strip of grip tape that hardly provided any traction.
They searched far and wide for an attractive, easy to install, non-slip step cover but their search was unsuccessful. That was when they developed the first prototype and a year later, StepTreads™ was born.
