Installation
Note: For MAXIMUM adhesion to ensure the longest lifespan of your StepTreads, we recommend removing any existing grip tape. You can easily remove your grip tape with a heat gun. If you do not own a heat gun, a local handyman or repair shop will be able to install your Steptreads for you.
1. Remove any existing grip tape
2. Thoroughly clean the surface of your new steps.
3. Remove the backing from your StepTreads and stick them onto your steps!
4. Get to steppin’!

Purchased 2 of the small Grey colored StepTreads and just had our first outing over the weekend with them. 5 stars! They look great and really increased the confidence of our children and dog going up and down the stairs. Install is easy using the directions of using a heat gun to remove the original old grip tape and simply peel and stick on the new StepTreads. Would purchase again!

I was their first internet customer! Easy to install and looks great. Just did a thousand mile trip from South Texas to Georgia. They got rather dirty from rain soaked road grime and Georgia Red Clay. Used dish detergent to clean them easily.

Easy pezee! Just installed my steptreads and they look great. The original antislip material came off fairly easy since they were already warmed up from the sun. Use aputty knife to get the edge started and I used a blow dryer to heat the adhesive as I pulled it off. Then used goof off to remove any left on glue and cleaned steps with some dawn and water. Once dry, just peel and stick your new Steptreads. Less than 30 min for both.
